Election list generator
From the 2025/2026 winter semester onwards, you will be able to use this web-based system to submit your nominations for the university elections digitally in advance. The list of nominations is generated using this tool. To do this, you enter all the necessary details online and confirm the list of candidates. All candidates will then receive a separate email with further instructions on how to confirm their candidacy.
Please note: The list of nominations will only be deemed to have been submitted on time if all candidates have confirmed their candidacy within the deadline (eligibility deadline – right to stand for election) via the nomination tool. We therefore recommend submitting the list of nominations well in advance to ensure that all parties involved have sufficient time to confirm their candidacy.
By confirming their candidacy via the nomination tool, the candidate declares their consent to stand for election and that they will accept the mandate should they be elected. This confirmation replaces the handwritten signature previously required.

Please note that the deadline is only deemed to have been met once the list of candidates has been submitted digitally via the candidate nomination tool and all candidates have confirmed their candidacy via the candidate nomination tool. The time recorded in the candidate nomination tool for the last required confirmation is decisive.
